[Resolved] Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation — Transfer of owner name

This complaint pertains to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.

I had given a request for transfer of owner name on 23.03.2010 under complaint number[protected] requesting transfer of owner name to Shri Murarilal Agarwal and had submitted all necessaryalong with my application to AMC but the same is still pending since last 3 months now. The owner name has not been transferred yet and we have not been informed of any discrepancy or query in the file. The tenamanet number pertaining to this matter is [protected]K

I have visited the Vejalpur Ward regarding this matter 2 to 3 times but the ward inspector is never available and I do not get any satisfactory response from other staff. They ask me to contact ward inspector but ward inspector is never available in office and we are also not given his contact number.

I want to ask how many times do I have to visit the ward for this small work and how long does it take to transfer owners name in property?

Looking forward for a prompt action in this matter.

RECENTLY COPORATION OF AHMEDABAD DECALRE TO DEMOLATION O[censored]N AUTHORISE BUILDING, REALLY SURPIRSE THEIR ESTATE DEPT STAFF PASSING THE PLAN WITH UNDERTABLE MONEY AND CONVERT THE PARKING AREA INTO COMMERCIAL PURPOSE OFFICE OR GODOWN. MAY BE COMMISNOR OF CORPORATION HAS BEEN NOT SATISFY WITH ANY DEALING AND DECLARE LIKE THIS JOKE TYPE CIRCULAR.

i hare ram singh -25- jivan dhara society jamfalwadi ramol ahmedabad tenament no-[protected], i summit all require document on 16/05/2013 amc est zone nikol offoce vide inward no-1791 date 16/05/2013.for change of owner name, but till date i have no any information received from ward inspector regardind in this matter. i am unable to under stand, how are so late in small work. please look in to the matter and
complate the change of owner name as soon possoble.
