[Resolved] Air India Cargo Packers And Movers — Fraud Company | |
I am a software engineer working for Wipro Technologies. I have recently been transfered to Gurgaon from Chennai. I have given good amount of advanced money to Air Cargo movers and packers ltd, for shifting of households and bike from chennai to gurgaon. I have handed over my luggage to them on 24th April 2010 and they have given commitment to deliver everything to gurgaon on 3rd of May 2010. But I have not received my luggage till now . Its almost 3 weeks now. I tried to contact them many times but they keep changing their mobile phones and I am not able to contact the right person. there are three person paarik from bangalore, prem kumar from chennai and deepak from delhi. The whole team is fraud. My household is very expensive and it along with my bike cost more than a lakh. Was this information helpful? | |

I had booked all my household items from Bangalore to Coimbatore through Aircargo packers and Movers. The service was excellent and they used people with the right skill sets and also used good quality boxes and good packing material to pack our house hold stuff. The price was slightly on the higher side, but the quality compensated for it. The stuff was delivered safely to my place on next day. Aircargo Whole team very nice and all the talent person.

Very good service by Air Cargo
below is my story with company named " Cargo India Packers & Movers" Pune.
I transported my household goods plus hyundai i10 car on 21-march-2016 from noida to pune using a packers and mover company named cargo india packers & movers(Office is in pune). I specifically asked for insurance and declared the value at rs 120, 000 for the goods. The packer loaded all the goods from noida and give me a bill of loading. I asked for the insurance receipt but he said that he needs to put in the vehicle number in the insurance, so it would take 1 or 2 days to receive the policy. I paid the 70 % amount in advance.
They took double time than committed time and send household items in 14 days (But they committed in 5-7 days).
1) i received the household goods in 12 days but many items in damaged condition and i am left without insurance receipt in hand.
I think this is a fraud where they took additional money for insurance and actually never got a transit policy .The packer kept delaying the insurance receipt and never sent it neither soft copy or hard copy. As such, what should be my next course of action? Should i file a police report first or approach consumer court?
2) i have recieved my car in 20 days but i found it damaged (The tire got puncher) and the condition of car is very bad looks they transferred by road instead of container .What should i do.
3)the threatened me over phone so i paid all due amount on yesterday on final delivery including insurance amount (Rs.3600) but they did not give insurance receipt. I think they transfer my household items without insurance.
5) the people related to this company are very very unprofessional and looks like gunda and they rarely pick my call and avoid my calls. If they pick my call they make different kinds of statements and set next target date, some times say by evening, by moring, by next day so and so.
I can only see their address in site but not sure if this exist or not.
5) i have not met the person in pune but met two people in noida on the day of 21-march(Date of transfer of goods), who claimed the representative in delhi/ncr.
Please help me.
