[Resolved] Air India Limited — Refund of Cancelled Tickets | |
I was booked online Two air Tickets (Dubai-Kolkata Journey dt.30.09.2011) PNR: Z5Y2T and (Kolkata-Dubai Journey dt.11.11.2011)PNR:Z5T1J. But unfortunately for my personal reasons, I had cancelled my both tickets through Air India Kolkata office. They had asked me to send a mail for refund amount. So, as per their advice I was mailed to [protected]@airindia.in on dated 24.06.2011, 28.06.2011, 29.06.2011 and 05.07.2011 with some queries and also I am trying to these phones numbers [protected]/75 for several times. Till today nobody attended my telephone and answered my email. Although, money have not refund into my Credit card account. I am residence at UAE Sharjah. This is my very very bad experience with Air India as I was booked Air India Tickets. AIR INDIA Limited — Checked In Bag Missed - Irresponsible answers from Employees
I travelled from Chicago to Bombay via frankfurt on 09/11/2009.I checked in my bag before boarding into chicago flight and they told I can collect the same after reaching Mumbai.
After reaching Bombay, I haven't recieve my Bag.
I waited for more than 3 hours in the airport to collect my bag. They told that they were unable to trace my bag , might be chance of misplacing the bag to some other location.
So it is better to file complaint in their baggage services and they will call once they find it.
I waited more than week and I am giving call to them everyday.
But employees working there are giving irresponsible answers.
I really fed up with the air India service.
It not only happened for me also for many passengers who travelled on the same date.
One Ahmedabad Passengers ( Couples) didnt collect three checked in bags.
I am advising you guys its better to choose other airlines for your travel.
Since they are government employees they are very careless.
