[Resolved]  Air India & Yatra.com — Refund due to Misconnection

I booked Air Tickets for my son Nabendu Dasgupta and 3 others through " yatra.com" Yatra Reference number 7BTXNC dt, 04/10/2009 for Cochin to Ranchi Airline IC-Indian PNR RHGGII. Flight Itinerary is as below:

Sector Cochin to Delhi Airline IC-Indian Flight 466 10 Jan 2010 Dep. Cochin 7:30 Am Arr.Delhi 10:30 Am.
Sector Delhi to Ranchi Airline IC-Indian Flight 809 10 Jan 1010 Dep.11:20 Arr.Ranchi 12:55 Pm.

On 28 Dec.2009 Indian Airline Customer care from phone number
[protected] informed me that Airline IC-Indian Flight 809 Departure time from Delhi is changed to 11:05 instead 11:20 Am.
Now due to change of Dep. time of Flight 809 the time difference to change the Flight is only 35 mts. AND it would not be possible for them (Air India) to board the passengers to Ranchi Flight within the gap of 35 mts.

The matter I brought to the notice of Customer care yatra.com <[protected]@yatraonline.com> and they on reply [ref:"yatra=[protected]"(FQWE4ZOPA2) dt.29/12/2009 12:32 Am
Domestic Flights-Customer Service -Booking Error] asked me to contact Air India to get Assistance. As per I contacted Air India Authorities - they were unable to give me any assistance and suggested to cancel the tickets of Sector Delhi to Ranchi Flight number 809 10 Jan 2010 due to MISCONNECTION and I did at Ranchi Air India ofice.
Cancellation Scan and original hard copy is attached herewith.

For Refund I already have sent the cancelled (Misconnection) scan and original hard copy of AIR INDIA thro' courier to:
Airline Refund Team, Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd.
B-21, Infocity, Sector-34, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana, INDIA
They have received that one on 27/01/2010 and informed me that they had forwarded that one to Air India for Approval.
