[Resolved] Aircel 3G Pi Recharge — Aircel 3g PI recharge not successful | |||
I recharged Aircel Smart PI for Rs. 198 twice (Total Rs. 398) on 22 May 2012 for my Aircel No. [protected] using internet banking. The above amounts was deducted from my account but the recharges were not successful. I do not know why this happened. I also do not know whether I can get back the amount? We have checked the details and found that online recharge is unsucessful for the amount of Rs.198/-, the amount has not reached Aircel, therefore amount will be reversed to your respective bank account within 7 working days from the date of transaction.

i'm facing the same problem in shimoga. i'm trying to do 3g pi recharges of 128 or 17 etc but everytime the recharge is unsuccessful. the cc call centre people say 3g is not activated on my mobile even though. i was calling them on 3g network (what a shame) seriously i'm very frustrated with aircel and would advise anyone not to choose aircel

I am also facing the same issue.In Aircel site they clearly mentioned that the deducted amount will refund within 5 days.
Dont worry wait for 5 more days.I believe the same.
