[Resolved] Aircel — Activated the Offers without my interference

Hi,

I am using an Aircel Mobile number ([protected]) Aircel has activated two Offers Aircel Friends Pack , Music Zone on my number without my interaction
When I call the customer care representatives, they are telling that I have activated from my mobile they do not have any proof and they are simply arguing with me telling I only have activated those offers I suspect those definitely technical faults from Aircel. And that answers i have received from them was VERY RUDE and Not at all Encouragable.

They have disconnected the call as they could not answer my Questions formally and I am not at all happy with both customer service provided by Aircel and the Value Added Service Auto Activations done by Aicel (Charging the amount from the customers without their interaction)

Please take Corresponding Action on Aircel as that was not at all encouragable.

Aircel — offers

hello sir my mobile number is [protected] iam using aircel for last 3 years but they have not providing any special offers, but they provides special offers only for new customers i think they are just concentrating only on the new customers
