[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel 3G datacard not giving 30kb speed also and they are not ready to disconnect and giving warnings | |||
Hi, We have purchased the Aircel 3G data card and 2 sim cards for 799 postpaid plan on December,When we connected we got not more than 30kbps where as it was promised to give 7.2mbps, we complained to customer service, they sent one network engineer for the investigation, after investigation he confirmed that problem is with network and told he will be informing the same to higher authority. We could not use the available 10gb of data but paid Rs 850/-, then next month also we were complaining everytime but used to get only auto forwarded mails but nothing else, fed up of them and used the data card for 10gb by moving to other place where there is good network. But everytime we cannot go to good network area for browsing hence we mailed service provider to cancell the data card connection as we were fed up with those guys, but they did not cancell the connection but we were getting bill everymonth, we were really fed up woth them, hence we removed the sim and kept them aside, still we are getting calls to alternative number and mails to pay the bills and our bill is growing day by day and they are not ready to cancell also. Today one lady called (her Number:[protected])and spoke really bad and giving us warnings like "Legal notice" and all, how can these service provider can harrass the girls by giving these kind of so called "Dhamkis". I am also suffered aircel, they activate packages without customer intervention, called customer care so many times, no one is there to attend...it took me 20 days to tell them the issues, they said "you are supposed to call the very next to cancel those plans", sometimes they keep us waiting and disconnects the call, it happen many times. They never gave me complaint no, but every times I call, they first ask if I have a complaint number, keep me waiting to give a complaint number and disconnects the phone, by the time of this writing also I've been activated by few plans, never got a refund for earlier canceled packaged when they promised to do so. Now I stopped doing recharges
