[Resolved] Aircel — auto renewal | |||
I have aircel number [protected].I took pocket internet rs 14 once but they are auto renew without my permission.This is fraud by aircel company. They have auto renewed 5 times without my permission.If we call customer care they don't say how to deactivate it......I am frustrated and if it is not deactivated i will throw this sim away or i will go for number portability Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello. How to stop auto renewal of RC1 (*122*111#) everyday? Could you please tell how to deactivate it ?

I activated aircel 3G internet pack (Rs.37)(ph.no. [protected]). and when the offer gets over it gets renewed on itself (ie, it gets auto renewed). it is the third time and i cannot tollerate it...i tried calling the customer care but no response( very poor )...so u r requested to do something plz
