[Resolved] Aircel — automatic activation of friend zone | |||
Sir, with due regards, i am completly unsatisfied with the services provided by aircel. my mobile No. is [protected]. i am using this number from a year or so. recently, i received a sms from aircel like " friend zone service has been activated on your mobile" and now aircel have cut Rs. 30 from my balance. i have not activated any friend zone and neither i have called on any of the Number to activate such a scheme. Friend Zone is an automated VAS and needs user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls.

My mobile no. is [protected] and I am a customer of Aircel mobile services. On April 13,2010 I received a SMS from one of the aircel company at about 6.33am. It is like this- " Thank you for subscribing Friend Zone. your chat id is 788806. To unsubscribe call 570001"
Then i connect customer care and i gave a complain above matter. customer care executive give me a complain no.[protected].After 2 days i get my feedback. the feed back was 'I active this system when friend zone number call, I pressed some of the buttons of my cell phone to activate friend zone at 6.00am(13 Apr)' . But the fact is that I have not received any call from aircel services on that day. They are complete ignoring the matter and refused me for this matter.
So, I request you to please look into that matter and take necessary steps accordingly.
