[Resolved] Aircel — Automatic subscription of Jokes | |||
I din't subscribe for any joke alerts in Aircel. But im receiving jokes from Aircel. they reduced my money too. I send an unsubscription message to Aircel(As mentioned in Aircel website) they dint unsubscribe the alert. instead they again reduced an amt of Rs.3. Aircel — MONEY REDUCTION
i had a coplain against aircel due to money reduction of Rs 30.yesterday at 10:28 pm i got two message from aircel
provider that i have subscribed music connect.
But how could it happen when i haven't subscribe that kind of service at all..
i called them but they denied saying there system showing that i have taken
the service..
this has been done to me before but i am frusteted .

how could i get out of this problem...plz help
