[Resolved] Aircel — Balance getting reduced automatically | |||
I am a loyal Aircel customer been using this service for more than 6 years now and my number is - [protected]. In the last couple of weeks I have found around Rs 450(250+100+100) balnce is auto withdrawn from my account. Whenever I tried to contact Aircel customer care they are either cant explain whats happened or telling me system data is not updated. Even in last couple of days they are not even picking up call!!!. I have tried to email their customer care and these seem to be no response. Please check and let me know if this issue can be resolved otherwise I really dont have any other option than MNP. Hoping to get this resolved.
