[Resolved] Aircel — balance and plans cut | |||
sir, i have been usingmy aircel no-[protected] and always they cut my balance and even deactivate my no. for a month. all of my plans were cut and my balance were lost. recently, on 2nd nov,2011 they have 98rs for no reason. ihave calld them many times they say try after some time. i have doing this for almost 2 days. whole day was spent on calling them but no reply has come yet. again on 4th nov 2011 rs 108.40 has been deducted from my account for no reason.
pls verify the same. And even before deactivating my account rs 75 was deducted for no reason. since the no was not activated i was not refunded my balance to me and later they denied for refunding it.
sir even when i called 198 they picked up some time and told to call afterwards but when i calked no one picked up. i called from another no then they said change your handset. i changed but same problem was there.
sir please check it.
