[Resolved]  Aircel Bihar / Eco Zone Munger — debarring my sim services

my outgoing and sms services has been debarred from last 12 days.they are not giving proper assistance to me.today after 12 days they are telling me that its the sim fault and we will take Rs.50 and the document again then it will take 48 hrs to resume your services.now i dont have trust on them and i faced a lot of problems in last 12 days due to these interruptions.its their fault then why i pay them and what about those 12 days which i have faced.

I must say friend, you shouldn’t have waited for that long. Rather you could have visited the nearest store and reported the issue. This is the fastest way to resolve such issues and they are helpful as ever. So get moving, I am sure, very soon you can make calls with your Aircel connection. Good Luck.
i have air cell connection last three month i am facing lot of problem always network is disconnecting i change my hand set same problem is now the new problem is once i am trying to international call there is no ring and balance is dedecting. not particular one number five diffrent number i try the same problem is i lost near aboy 150 rupees already i try twenty time the same problem i lodge complain alredy but thre is no responce is. i think problem is hand set
I Dharmendra Kumar S/o Shri Ishwar Prasad Gupta R/o 1 No. Gumti, Dulhinganj, Gaya. I have bought 2 sim dt. 08/09/2008 which no. is [protected] & [protected] and i used since june 2009 then after incoming & outgoing facilities closed. I asked the aircel customer care services, Bhadani agency, Aircel Services, Tekari Road, Gaya why closed the facilities. that person said your documentary proof not satisfactory so resubmit the documents. So, I again submit the document dt. 23/09/2009 and recharge with Rs. 36/- and getting life time validity but unfortunately I am not getting incoming & outgoing facilities. I again asked Bhadani Distributer, Tekari, that staff saying your sim reject since 01/03/2009 and documents recieved as per your dt. 23.09.2009 One sim working [protected] in only incoming facilities and other sim not incoming & outgoing facilities available. I again complain aircel office, Tekari Road, Gaya. staff saying I can not help anything. I want to know that if sim is rejected, how can recharge life time validity, and one sim working incoming facilites and main balance show about Rs. 18/- So please say what can I do. Who responsible for Rs. 36/-*2=Rs. 72/- solve the problem if sim is reject then why recharge accept with Rs. 36/- because number not available. If any other authority solve the problem, please informed to me.
