[Resolved]  Aircel — Cheated me

Sir,
I am a AIRCEL user in Burdwan,I got a message from a number 57000 on 21FEB,2010 that i have been charged Rs.30 for activating Friends Zone service which i had never done.In the message a number 570001 was give for deactivating service . I tried to deactivate the service many times but the call did not connected,even for using the service I was not able to call on 57000. I complaint to their customer care service and requested for deactivating the service.They promised they will deactivate within 48 hrs.I again called to know the status of complaint and they informed that it had been deactivated but again on 23 MARCH,2010 i got a msg mentioning that my service has been renewed and Rs.15 had been charged.I again complaint to customer care service but they tried to ignore by asking me to call after 48hrs,sometime after 24 hrs,sometime they promised to call me back to solve my problem....and so on but nothing has been done yet regarding my complaint and i am unable to call that number 570001 to deactivate the service even I am not able to call on 57000 to use the service.In this way they are still cheating me.Please help me sir.

Aircel — AIRCEL CHEATED ME

dear sir,

myself sujoy kundu, frm kasba, i m 28 year old , and always fights for truth.

a telecom company ( aircel )and thair associates and sales excutives and customer care executives and collection executives r cheated my money by giving a post paid mobile connection. they told me it was a pre-paid mobile connection and cheated my money. after complain sevaral times in thair customer care numbers and thair customer centre shops they r not ready to return my money, even they r demanding money frm me against falls bills, even they thereted me and told me they will come in my home in saturday with d application form which i singed for d post-paid aircel connection,( i have not signed any documents for d new post paid connection , and sevaraly requsted them to return my money or change my plan to pre paid frm post paid since d wecome letter came to me & i informed that it was a post paid connection ). i also sent mails and requests to thair higher officials. but no reply given. now they r demading money frm me against false bills.

they have all ready deleted my all complains

frm thair system when i tell them that i will take legal action against them.

now thair collection executives r calling and disturbing me and they r also useing very bad languages to me and threatning me to false legal action against me, so i m in very cricital mental condition now.

dear sir how can a big corporate company is doing this type of things?

How can a company give a post-paid connection with out any verification? They took only a photo and rs 900 ( approx) frm me.

dear sir , i can give only rs -600 ( as they r demanding rs 600 frm me [ actually for disturbing me ] and can settle all d problems .

but as a fighter of truth my soul is not giving me permission to lose d war against that type of cheater corporate giants.

so i m writing u and need ur help as i hav not very sound financial condition to fight against that large telecom demon.

pls assist me and help me to fight against that correpted telecom company ( aircel ).

This is a very strange issue I must say, you are quite right regarding post paid connections, it is allotted not without proper verification. There is a must be a misunderstanding in this case, but the bills must have been generated out of your usage I believe. All this will be sorted out once you visit their nearest store, there are experts who are appointed to resolve the customer issues, I am sure they will help you out of this ASAP.

iam one of the aircel customer in kerala. I got a msg frm aircel , like this " u can activate free dailertune for 7 days by sending a msg" . I activated it. But i cant deactivated the dialer tune becoz of thier technical problm they agreed that, and me charged 30 rs after 7 days and also changed my song as a bad song without any request. I called the customer care but they told that " ur not try to deactivate the song and the song is not changed" i cald many tims but no any responds please help me sir. My number [protected].

Friend it is quite possible that you are responding to the promo messages or calls which is causing these activations. I would suggest you to get your DND service activated and get rid of this problem. Good luck.
This is strange but you can sort this out easily once you visit the nearest Aircel store. They will help you in every possible way.
