All points given by ankit sharma are very right i had the same problems while using gprs i have also faced the problem as the system is on update and call us after 2-3hr.And customer care there is just for making fun of cutomers they just give resolution dates and nothing else, they did not transfer any call to there senior even after 30 plus calls i have made to them they just drop the call or transfer it to another department, i want to know when i am able to talk to customer care then why i am unable to talk to there senior.Sometimes they just said that there is no senior in customer care now call after 1 or 2hr.once i called to customer care i found a drunked man on customer care now what should i do please help me.Some of the comlaint's numbers given to me are as follow[protected],[protected], 1-[protected] and for some of the problems they have not given me any complaint number even after requesting for complaint number

From the day 1 I m regularly calling to your customer care and request them to plz activate my GPRS services on my mobile so dat I can use my internet sevices on my phone had always received a reply dat our system is on update plz call us after 2 hrs. - 3 hrs. -and all and request to the nodal officer Mr. Abhishek Miglani by calling him on his mobile but till date I had not received any revert nither from the company nor from Abhishek's side.
Now if the proper resolution is not take within the time frame den I have no alternative left and I will take dis matter to TRAI & also I shall be bound to take a legal action against Aircel.
