Respected sir, i am very very unhappy with aircel customer care and nodal officer Mr. Rohit they r giving confusing and misleading informations and r not cooperative . They r not solving my problem and even not receiving my call in nodal number given to me . I feel I am cheated by aircel .

I am Simanta Dutta from Jorhat assam and i have a prepaid connection bearing no [protected] from feb 06. my query is yesterday ( 19th april 09) i have make a call at arround 7 am to my friend.I have already recharged with majic card of Rs. 75.00.but when i called to my friend ( Local call) my i was charged normally i.e. 99 paisa/min.it inturepted me because the call was not complete due to companys fault but i had to suffer.as a subscriber day by day everybody will expect much more better service.but now i thought we are not even getting the existing services. so i hope company will try to give their better service to their subscriber alone with the new connection.

I am un happy with Air Cel customer care as well as service. I think customer care people

are not well trained to solve problem. insted of solving problem the will confused.

At present I an in Andhra Pradesh, Kakinada, Relience industries, There is no net work

Air Cel, service given by Idea, but Idea not allowing any out going call,

I contact andhra Pradesh Air cel, The told they cannot do anything because my number from

mumbai, 15 Th April I complain no 1- [protected], again complain no 1-[protected]

Still I cannot make out going call. even though enough balance, and pre paid, Please do not trust

Air Cel while any body in roaming. no good services

your call center for the same.

they told that no any service is activated on your mobile.
since today you have charged me rs 5 so, i order you
to return back my

With due respect I would like to complain that inspite of my dnd request one of your service lady has called me twice and confirming my number she has activated a vas of music and diducted 30 rs. Even when I wanted to try to talk with a customer service person she harassed me with her languages. When I asked her name she denied. Next time with whom I talked she did not give proper information but told name as anamika mitra. She denied me to transfer the call to higher authority.
In this situation I want an immediate response against it and claim my money back immediately.
