[Resolved]  Aircel — Billing issue not resolved more than 3 months

I am very much frustrated because of the AIRCEL service and stating the issues below:

1) 26Sep08 - 25Oct08 - Bill amount Rs.316.07 I paid through online on 10/11/2008 and in my online account and in OCT-NOV Bill shows PAYMENT RECEIVED.

Aircel people told Transaction was unsuccessful and asked my Bank statement which I send it to you till date (26/12/2008) after that NO response.


2) 26Oct08 – 25Nov08 – Bill amount Rs.505.50, till 27/11/2008 in my online account it shows only Rs.196.00. I don't know how this has been increased to Rs.505.50. Even if amount has to be added it should be in next billing cycle.

Please provide detailed explanation in written for this unacceptable increase in bill amount.

In the same Nov2008 Bill, I was charged Late fee fine of Rs.4.74. Explain me in written how this has happened?

3) I want the revised bill without any fine right from Nov 2008, Dec 2008.

Please let me know the Manager/ Authorised person who can give information in written responsible for complaint cell?


Following are the responses I got from Aircel Customer Care representatives Valli, Mahalakshmi,

Whenever I contact your customer care people in[protected], I get only the consoling responses in words. I asked them to give their explanation in written either through mail or through the revised bill.


1) They don't know their senior / Manager or they are not willing to give their official mail ID / Contact number for correspondence.
2) No explanation in written for the issues raised which I requested them to provide.
3) Provide false promises, their manager or senior person will contact you in 30 minutes.



No one in your Aircel customer care is dared to give their explanation in written.

Every time they will tell their senior Team lead or some accounts department people will contact you and explain the details. But it's all useless craps, no one turned up till now.

I don't know why Aircel people are not willing to give me their senior manager's complaint cell no or their mail id.

If you are not the correct contact person, Please let me know the manger that is responsible for complaint cell?


Unless I get my issues resolved by JANUARY 2009, I will terminate my Aircel connection without paying it.

I am Vikash sinha from jharkhand. I am using Aircel card number is [protected]. But many times i seen my balance is deducting but i thought thatr may be i called anywhere. but yesterday i recharged my card and switched off my phone and when i switched on my phone then my6 balance was deduct. Which kind of service providing Aircel i don't know. But its damn bad. What ever is this happen to me i am claiming these issue.

This is to inform you that i am using a Postpaid no in U.P west circle i.e [protected] with 999 plan for more than a year & in this period i have only visited Aircel store two times.I am just bringing in your knowledge that i have neither complained for excess bills nor checked any charges in the same, and just paid the bill.You can even check my payment details if you want to confirm.

My point is that at the time of taking connection i have told that roaming is free in Delhi/Ncr/haryana region & Around 9 months ago i have visited Chandigarh which comes under Haryana region, my roaming was charged, same happened again when i visited gurgaon .roaming was charged and now i relocated to delhi but i am still using your services because of my no which i have spread to lot of people as i was working with a telecom company so you can easily understand that in telecom sector how much PR matters.I have talked regarding the same to Aircel store, payment collection executive they always said that due to idea or any other telecom company connectivity its happened but this time i have focused on the same & my handset was showing Aircel and charges made due to which my outgoing has been barred 2 times with in period of 5 days.I am really frustrated and dont want to pay the charges this time.

Kindly look into the matter as its high time & do the needful.Your concern will be highly appreciated.

i have sent this mail on nodal desk o[censored].p west circle but no resolution has been provided yet.
