Aircel — Regarding Missed Call Active(MCA)

I am from Orissa.I am using a aircell prepaid mobile..I has been activate MCA service on 27/03/2009 for mobile no-[protected].But i am not receive any MCA last 7 days.I lodged complain on 30/03/2009.When i call coustemer care representative told me wait for 24 hrs, after 24 hrs again i call aircel coustemer care, then one representative tell me wait for 7 days ..! Still now MCA service not working for my number.
