[Resolved]  Aircel — not activation of sim card

i had purchased aircel pre-paid sim{[protected]} on[protected] till now it is not activated. i had submitted my address proff 2 times, when i call at customer service center regarding my problem they say they does't get my address proff thats why my no. is not activated. when contact the dealer he said he submitt my i.d.

I purchased Aircel Prepaid SIM () on 14-June-2009. The dealer said, 15-June-2009 mornings, would activate. But the whole day not activate. I am waiting for activate. At the day 15-June-2009 I called to dealer, he said we are activated your number, you will get SMS. Then I told, no SMS came to my number. I checked with *111# that results was "Your account has is barred". The dealer says, I called to customer care that the Aircel server was in problem. So it will take time or today night will be activate. ... But today is 17-June-2009, it not activate. Suddenly, I called to customer care of Aircel Prepaid for server problem solved or not... they told, here no server problem. . And for the number () we yet not got any intimation from dealer. So you contact to dealer. About that where I will submit the report? or What I do now?

Sometimes most operators do take a little longer due to very strict address verification policies in order to avoid any misuse. Just give them a little more time and I am sure they will get back to you with the good news. :)
i tuk aircel prepaid 2 months back ... the shop wer i tuk the card is now closed... wen i call aircel customer care they make me listen to their aircel tune for abt ten mins and then they cut the line off :O
wat shud i do now... i cant call from my aircel coz i m gettin no network coz my card is still not activated...

I took Aircel Post paid connection on 29.5.09, the sim was activated after 15days; I made so many requests to customer services to activate STD services, till date this has not been done. Please activate this service early.

AirCell — Sim not activated

I have taken a new Post paid connection on Saturday 18 July, 2009 Which hasn't been activated for over 24hrs. The Mumbai customer care just keeps on ringing and there is no one picking up calls. Even after being promised on Sunday evening by the staff that it would be activated within the next hour or more I am disappointed to say its not yet activated.

i should have heeded my friends advice and not taken the connection. The service is the worst I have seen.

Aircel Mobile — Card still not started

My name is Pritam P. Bhagat , I purchased the AIRCEL Mob postpaid connection on 1st Oct 2009 (Mob No - [protected]) & paid Rs.500 as a deposit , but still after 5 days it is not started , I called to Aircel Customer Care but they are also unable to help me , they just diverted me to the AIRCEL outlet , from where I purchased this card , I don’t know why they are sitting in Call center if they want to just diverting the customer to AIRCEL outlet , they are working like telephone operator.

I called malad AIRCEL outlet also but , I have not get any proper response from them , I don’t know what to do? , I cant visit Malad outlet because I am out of Town for 5 days , I think other Mobile companies are better then the AIRCEL because they are giving better services.
I completely understand your plight at this point however iam sure there is a valid reason for no activation of your sim. @easy solution – once you are back in town just get to the malad Aircel outlet and speak to the nodal officer to review the problem, I am sure this would be in place in no time.
I purchased aircel prepaid sim on 30.10.09. Today is 1.11.09. The sim card is still not activated...
i took aircel sim card on 31st october on saturday and today is sunday it is not activated yet: i m frm panjim goa. why u aircel people are troubleing us i hav submitted all documents. i[censored] dont activate my sim i throw this sim and i ll also tell other people in goa not to buy aircel

i have bought a aircel sim .but now it is blocked .please tell me how to activate it.when dailed by others displays number not in use.

I hope you have submitted all the relevant documents required for activation? If you have I think you just need to speak to the customer care and sort this out in a flash….
i took a new aircel sim today i.e(25/11/2009)
i have to dial 123 to activate my sim
but whenever i do so it says no network coverage
the main problem with it is there is NO NETWORK COVERAGE ...
please help

Aircel — invalid deactivation of the outgoing calls and no respond to complaints...

This is Ravi Kant Tiwari from lucknow, a recent customer of aircel prepaid number and am sorry to say that am very disappointed by the service which has been provided by your customer care...

i got a message on my number regarding deactivation of out going calls from my number due to the non - submission of my documents but all my documents have been submitted and the dealer VIPIN said he forwarded it...

But to my dis satisfaction your customer care service has been giving about asking for time to verify the details since two days and today they asked for another 24 hours..

those with whom i had a conversation were so named as follows...
pradeep, jyotsana, kuldeep among which pradeep filed the complaint.. but no action has been taken yet..

i kindly request you to take some strict action against these employees of yours and hence activate my out going calls...

or else i need to drop this service and get my documents and my money back. i.e. rs 225 for the aircel to aircel free local calls..

kindly do something

As far as I know the Aircel customer care is a very efficient one, where as the documents are concerned, there must be some document missing when the dealer submitted them, so try and visit the nearest store and tally the documents they have received with those you have submitted, the problem could be figured out.
