[Resolved] Aircel — NETWORK CROSS CONNECTION/BALANCE DEDUCTION/SMS PROBLEM | |
Respected sir, I am shubham anil roy from mumbai i am using AIRCEL prepaid card from 5days my num is [protected], i have register a compalint on help desk of AIRCEL for my sms problem i send sms from my number sms dnt go and my sms balance deduct from my account they have given me the complaint num ;[protected] on 22nd of june in the morning at 10.00am but today 24th june is there its more then 48hrs they have not informed me any thng about these problem... 2:- from yesterday i am pne more problem is there whenever i call to my frnds number its connect cross connection and any time we cant talk more then 2to3mins in one call...in one day i have lost my 100rs bal... when i call to NODEL officer he says that we will do serve and when i ask about my sms complaint he says me i have send all the messages then i have been charge...And when i ask about his name he told only rajesh and saying that u can raise any complaiont i[censored] want...we will do serve plz look inti these case... your faithfully, shubham anil roy ciontact number:-[protected]/[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I think you should walk in at the nearest Aircel store and escalate the matter through the seniors present there.
