[Resolved] Aircel — UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION | |
hello sir, my no is [protected]. i am aircel subscriber( bihar). last month company deduct rs. 15 from my account as missed called service charges. but i did not sent any request message to activate such services and after 2 days calling attemt i got a chance to talk to customer care executive. they told me that i might have sent a message to activate this service.when i clear my side then they told me they will inspect this and will reply in 48 hours. But it had passed 25 days, neither there is any call from customer from c.care nor i got a chance again after repeated attempts.Now again today on 8th day of july they debited my balance by rs 15 without giving me any information. they not only deduct my account two times but also failure to give such service for which they deduct my account fraudently. Apart from this theftness there are others complaints like bad network, disturb network, complete negligence of customer's appeal, absence of communication between subscriber and aircel executives I hope you will do your best to reassure my faith on Aircel. Aircel — Unauthorised deduction from aircel
i m using aircel for three years it was going well. But since this week unusual deduction from my aircel account. customer care is so worst that they not provided exact reason.. So far 80 Rupees (45 + 35 ) twice deducted huge deduction in my ac.Next time, I cant even recharge in fear to get amount deduction. Pls help me in this case.[protected][protected]
