[Resolved] Aircel — Deduction Of Charges for activating DND service | |
I have a aircel connection from Kolkata([protected]).On 29th July i have send a sms to 1909 writing START DND and for which my balance got deducted from Rs.10 to Rs.-100.I am in roaming and have given a complain for it on the same day only.But still now the problem is unsolved and i am unable to make or receive any calls. The CSO'S only say wait for 48 hrs and your problem will be solved. Was this information helpful? | |

It probable that your balance got deducted because you were on roaming, although I think you should reach your destination and then get in touch with customer care as they will be able to guide you better….
