Without my consent AIRCEL Authorities debited my account Rs.15/- towards Regional News and Rs.30/- towards dialler tune at their monopoly attitude. While I brought notice to them, they misbehave me & disconnected the line. I decided to make complain to TRAI, If donot get satisfactory answer from you. I think they are making monopoly business in Orissa.
