Aircel — Non-refund of my security amount

Dear Sir/Madam:

My name is Kunal Verma from Delhi and I got trapped in the Aircel lucrative offers and purchased a postpaid connection. Due to very bad services, I disconnected the no. within 3 months clearing all my dues. I am still waiting for the past three months for my security amount of Rs. 1500/- and on calling to them they have the same answer that you will get your refund by this month and till then three months had passed with no result. Please HELP.

I doubt if discontinuing with the connection was the best of decisions for you, believe me I found Aircel to be very convenient. Whereas your refund is concerned please visit the nearest Aircel store. There are a number of stores in Delhi, there will solve this matter as soon as possible. Good Luck
