Aircel — Non-refund of my security amount | |
Dear Sir/Madam: My name is Kunal Verma from Delhi and I got trapped in the Aircel lucrative offers and purchased a postpaid connection. Due to very bad services, I disconnected the no. within 3 months clearing all my dues. I am still waiting for the past three months for my security amount of Rs. 1500/- and on calling to them they have the same answer that you will get your refund by this month and till then three months had passed with no result. I doubt if discontinuing with the connection was the best of decisions for you, believe me I found Aircel to be very convenient. Whereas your refund is concerned please visit the nearest Aircel store. There are a number of stores in Delhi, there will solve this matter as soon as possible. Good Luck
