Aircel — SIGNAL PROBLEM,PROBLEM WITH POCKET INTERNET

I can't access pocket internet on my mobile,i'm having the settings,i'm in roaming now.I had recharged my mobile with Rs97 for pocket internet but i can't access the network,would you please try to correct the network or could you fefund the money as talk time,i didn't use iteven once.I can't check the balence also.
Please take necessory action for this.

Its strange because I have a had a good experience with the Pocket Internet while I was out for almost 2 weeks. I would suggest you to once again look at your gprs settings and speak to the customer care to sort the issues out immediately.
