[Resolved] Aircel — excessive billing | |
my mobile number is +[protected]. as per the scheme i am in, i have to entitled to 5000 SMS free and 500 minutes of local call free on payment of fixed charges. though i have paid the amount, i have been charged for the sms and local calls. my complaints to the customer call centre and emails sent to the NODAL officer and to talk2aircel.co.in and to corpate.[protected]@aircel.co.in have not even evoked any response. i am harassed everyday as the line is disconnected and have to spend about 20 minutes with the customer care executive to restore the line. this is being done for no fault of mine. finally after fighting for a week, i decide to surrender the connection and send an email seeking disconnection. Even then there is no response. I think AIRCEL is just not borthered about its customers. perhaps, it is because they have too many customers to attend to and so if one goes out, it matters not Was this information helpful? | |

I understand your situation my friend. I think you just need to get to the nearest Aircel store and speak to the nodal officer there. I am sure he will give you a solution that is quick and easy helping you get over all your problems immediately.
