[Resolved]  Aircel — Unsubscription of caller tunes

Sir actually i am not subscribe my dialer tunes its subscribe automatically in my phone and some charges are deducted from my phone.i gave some complains to customer care for delete my dialer tune,but they are not take any step.Same problem arises in my son mobile.So please take step against aircel.

These are automated services and cannot be activated without the customer’s authorization, call the customer care again and ask them to deactivate your caller tune, and also ask for a DND activation which in turn will block all promotional messages and calls which might be one cause for your activation of caller tune.

Unsubsription of dialer tunes
Sir actually i am not subscribe dialer tunes in my mobile, it is automatically activated in my mobile.So some balance are deducted in my phone number.I gave him many complains but they are not take step.I am trying to delete my dialer tune but it not happen.For the suggestion of customer care i have send many SMS for deactivation of dialer tune but also they are not deactivate my dialer tunes.Same problems arises in my sister mobile.So please take step against Aircel.

I am using 97008XXXXX aircel. I have re-charged inr 111.00 on day before yesterday(Dt 02-Feb-2010). But when I verified my balance it was showing INR 43.00.
I am sure that I did not spend that much money.

When I call 121 customer care, They said that it is for Music on Call(MOC). This one by mistake accepted last month and paid for that. (even when I requested I did not get it) but requested that to cancel immediately to not to renewal but it got debited for all these days.

Please put back my money back, and do not re-new it. When you reply reply-All.
