[Resolved]  Aircel — barring of number

I own this aircel no [protected] and after 20 days of activation company has barred my incoming calls without any prior ultimatum....I have been calling their customer care executives for like 5-6 days with no results....most of the time either their server is down or their system is in upgradation mode....And 2-3 times when i did get a reply one told me its due to incomplete documents and other told me its due to network....i dont know whose version of story to agree to...i dont think that u get a 'this no is temporarily out of service' due to network problem....and as far as i know they are not allowed to activate a sim without proper identification at first hand.....and my documents were complete and they even did my televerification.....And the funniest thing according to me is that they haven't barred my outgoing calls.....
I have even tried sending an online complaint to their regional id but it also went in vain with no reply......
I was thinking of directly approaching CONSUMER COURT (i bet u can imagine life without 6 days of incoming) but than thought of putting the 'company's dedication towards customer' story here and than do the same.....
My suggestion for anyone who has use their sim for some wrong purpose.....GO WITH AIRCEL....THEY WILL ACTIVATE UR SIM EVEN I[censored]R DOCUMENTS ARE INCOMPLETE AND WILL KEEP UR OUTGOING ACTIVE....

Very rare I should say, I would suggest you to have a face to face interaction with them, Just drop in to the nearest Aircel store and discuss the issue. You will surely find a valid reason for your problems and a definite solution as well.
