dear sir, im ankit using your aircel gprs service but not getting speed now from last 2 months ... 2 month back my internet was doing really well but now days im not getting speed downloading speed is about 600bytes to 1.5kb/ps .. my complaint number is [protected] and whenever i call customer care they get it forward but no action has taken yet ...i did not receive any confirmation call yet ....... thanking you. ankit sharma h.no 989 street no 10a baselwa colony old faridabad, haryana, india landmark heera mandir, opp sec 29 pin code 121002 my aircel number: [protected] alternate number : [protected],[protected] +2 photos Was this information helpful? Hi, Ankit I would suggest you to refresh the GPRS settings on your set. I am sure the speed will improve again.

ankit there is no use of registering continous complaints. Send a mail to the nodal officer o[censored]r region or call.dont call cust care useless people sitting there because cust executives will take compliant but complaint to be solved by technical team. They will take their own time.please dont worry number portal system will be arrrived soon. By that u can change to bsnl or any other operator with out changing number.
