ankit there is no use of registering continous complaints. Send a mail to the nodal officer o[censored]r region or call.dont call cust care useless people sitting there because cust executives will take compliant but complaint to be solved by technical team. They will take their own time.please dont worry number portal system will be arrrived soon. By that u can change to bsnl or any other operator with out changing number.
