COMPLAINT AGAINST FORCEFUL ACTIVATION & DEDUCTION. 16th JANUARY,2010. MY AIRCEL PHONE NO. [protected], TAKEN IN MY WIFE'S NAME. I AM A 55YEAR OLD TEACHER. THIS AFTERNOON AT ABOUT 1.OOp.m. I GOT TWO MISSED CALLS FROM +9157000. SINCE I WAS BUSY IN TEACHING, LATER I CALLED BACK TO FIND OUT WHO WAS CALLING. HOWEVER, THE MOMENT COMPUTERISED SPEECH STARTED, I DISCONNECTED. SOON AFTER I RECEIVED TWO MESSAGES FROM 57000 & 54321, THANKING ME FOR SUBSCRIBING TO FRIENDS ZONE & DEDUCTING RS.30/- FROM MY ACCOUNT. AS THIS AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AGAINST MY WILL, KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AT ONCE. KINDLY LET ME KNOW PER REPLY WHEN I AM GOING TO GET BACK MY MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT. I can understand you problem, yes these are promotional calls and messages, Just ask the customer care to deactivate the Value added service that has been activated and further ask for the DND activation, which will block all such calls and messages in future.
