This is strange, why don’t you call them and confirm when was this service activated or you can visit the nearest store and discuss this issue

This Aircel Friends zone is Fraudulant service provided by Aircel targetting the Aircel post paid customers.
The Teen age girls and housewifes and adult ladies are involved in this friends zone appointed by the aircel agencies people.They work as freelancer in aircel tele caller or voice chat caller.These females are given the free mobile and sim card.when a caller calls through friends zone, these females have to talk with those male callers and stay with them in the call for a long time.Based on the time they stay with a female caller they are paid for that.

Please dont believe any females in the friends zone.they are part time or free lancer tele caller girls and females.

And also the calls are not billed correctly.even if we call to the service they are charging.and most propably they suck our money like anything.

yes my friends when you use that friends network they will charging 2 Rs per min and only advertisement is going on..

and i am getting call from some numbers when i attend the call its getting charged as 2 Rs those number i am mentioned here [protected],[protected].

and when i called to customer care they are not speaking properly and they disconnected the call ..

so worst customer care.. and one more think when i call customer service they are charging me 50Ps why they are charging for assisting us..

i seen the first worst customer service...from aircel..

i want to get unsuscribe from friend zone

and on diling of 57000 i am not getting option to get unsuscribe

I had the same problem. These ppl r money eaters. U can unsubscribe by just calling 570001, in the voive call third option is unsubscribe so u can unsubscribe this way.
How to activate do not disturb?

My name is Subhra Das my cell no. is[protected] in West Bengal. i have faced the same problem Friend Zone activated automatically at 22/01/2011.I dont like that kind of zones.Aircel cheated with me. i change my provider for that via MNP. Thankx MNP. Such a Bad Service AIRCEL.

who i can stop from getting such sms because i m home these no is used by every family member

I TOO AM GETTING SUCH KIND OF SMS, I SPOKE TO THE FLOOR SUPERVISOR FOR THE SAME AND SAID THAT HE CANNOT DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE NEITHER HE CAN LODGE A COMPLAINT. SO I HAD TO SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER, WHO LODGGED A COMPLAINT.COMPLAIN #1-[protected], 1-[protected].

Aircel — Less My Money

I am Aircel custoemr i using Aircel Mobile No [protected]. one day no reasonable immedaiately less Rs.462.
i called customer care no of times and contact aircel officers many times through mail also no body give the proper reasons
aircel no one fraud comapany.plz dont advise to use Aircel very carefull.finaly i loss my money.
plz friend aware about the this type of cheating company plz check always your balance otherwise cheating people cheat your money

They Replied it will Rectify... But I didn't get any Solution for this. Being a girl and receiving this unwanted calls its too hard to tackle... Very Very Very Worst Service of Aircel customer care...
