[Resolved]  Aircel — friends zone activated without permission

i am prashant kumar from patna my no is [protected] i am using aircel from long ago, but from 26th december 2009 i was at nepal and not used my aircel no. On 24th january when i came back i restarted my balance was less than i left it . When i contact customer care they said that it was your friends zone that was activated on 11th january but i said that my cell was off then they said that they dont know anything abut dat what can i do now .
