[Resolved] Aircel — Forcefully given VAS and deduct amount | |
Sir, I have a aircel Connection No. [protected] as I have switched off my mobile for charging on[protected] around 1P.M.;when I switched on it after 2.30hrs around 4P.M. I just got an messages of dialer tone activation and I also found that 30rs. was deducted from my balance,while on that day I haven't recieved any call or request from Aircel for any such type of services.But when I called customer care they told me that it was activated by my side.But when I told them that I haven't did so then they assured me that they will deactivate it within 24hrs. and will also return me my deducted amount of RS.30.But till the day it is over 24hrs. but nothing happened as the service is still activated and my balance is not returned.Please do something. As you must know the dialer tune/missed call alert is an automated service and hence need user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls and messages.
Well if they have committed they are definitely going to refund the same, just be patient.
After complaint all VAS are Deactive. Today againg we recieve SMS and deducted my amount.
