Aircel — Recharge Amount does not updated | |
Respected Sir, Last evening (19/03/10) at 7:30 P.M I got a message from Aircel that if I do recharge my mobile by Rs. 75/- then I'll get Rs.65/- main balance & Rs.10/- Dedicated Balance.So, I have recharged my mobile as per the instruction & I also got the confirmation message i.e. You have successfully recharged your Account by Rs.75/-. But now the time is 14:04 P.M(20/03/10) & I also call Aircel Customer Care for 6 times since last night.Last night they told me that it seems, there would be some problem in their database & they will resolve it by two or three hours.But after 19 hrs they are telling me that I didn't done any recharge of Rs.75 yesterday.So, what can I do now? Yes this is quite true, there must be some technical error in it, I am sure they are trying to resolve it, if you want you can visit the nearest Aircel store and avail their help

Last night (14/09/11) at 9:30 P.M I got a message from Aircel that if I do recharge my mobile by Rs. 111/- then I'll get Rs.111/- main balance .So, I have recharged my mobile as per the instruction & I also got the confirmation message i.e. You have successfully recharged your Account by Rs.00/-. has come. But now the time is 14:04 P.M(15/09/11) & I also call Aircel Customer Care for 6 times since last night.Last night they told me that it seems, transactions they are not in their database, but i have got a transaction No: TNR[protected] but, they are telling me that there is no transaction is not done any recharge of Rs.111 yesterday.So, what can I do now?
