Aircel — poor service of aircel | |
I wanted to change from prepaid to post paid in aircel. Once the form was filled and money collected, there was no shift of my connection from pre paid to post paid. I called many times and each person in the customer care is passing the buck. It is frustrating and ridiculous. Such a poor mamangement of a big company!. Dont know what kind of work ethics these people have. It is 4 days now and everyday without the slightest of remorse, these people say that it will be done in the next few hours. I took a new aircel connection a month ago especially to speaK to my fiancee, after 15 days i faced a very strange problem , i could NOT call to my fiance number only , to other service providers & other aircel numberS i was able to call them , when i lodged a complaint at customer care they took 30hrs to rectify it , but when i asked what the problem was they couldnt explain things to me , even now i am facing the same problem ,whenever i try their customer care number i never get line , no one responds, the line keeps on ringing , ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
