No body is picking up the phone as mentioned in AIRCEL website for Nodal Officers.

I have fed up of giving complaints in AIRCEL and no proper response from AIRCEL executives.

My name is Loganathan. My mobile number is [protected](Aircel). I called 12800 for check my offers, by the plan of 20+2 offer.I had recharged 20 rupees on 6th december, 15.80 rupees only credited on my A/c balance.Still now(13th Dec, 5:30 pm), i do not get the rest of the amount. I had make the call to ur executes to compliant on 9th Dec.They gave one compliant number, is 1-[protected] and said "wait for 24 hours ur balance amount will be credited".But Still now i have not get it.So, I have made the call to customer care, i don't get proper response.Can you plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

I'm not on the Internet that is not why I was not taking service of aircel.
My friend was right aircel company is a thief, the company's first customers love to talk and they bill me extra bill folded send is.

When i asked to customer care service, they are keep on telling, they dont know for purpose they pulled the money. Can i get back my money (or) i need valuable reason.

Hi, my number is [protected] and my name is Deepak, I am using aircel and that is the worst mistake that I have made. First an amount of rs 200 was deducted before a month and again rs 40 and then another amount of 50 rupees was deducted. None of the Customer Care Executives respond to any of the queries. My call was disconnected as many as 6 times by the CCE. I guess Aircel can never provide cust service. There is no use calling 198. Hence is there any other way to get the issue resolved.

I am using aircel network for the past 1 year for the below numbers and recently changed the Plan 229 Club.

[protected] & [protected], I have received bill for this month and charged around 4000 RS for those numbers. Due to reason usage of GPRS & SMS usage on the plan changing schedule.

Iam not using the GPRS on the mentioned data also that is fake report every month charging the bill 400 to 600 for per number include the gprs charge.

Please reduced the bill value send the correct revised one or else I change my network.

i apply for MNP from reliance mobile [protected] today my Mnp done but now in me in mumbai so not able to call 59059 for verification and i will here minimum two months
and this is my important number all bank online transaction and other important tasks depend on this number i call customer care several time but they not arrange any verification call for me.

They are changing my plan without my knowledge in my corporate Ac
I have 13 numbers in my account
I have complaint 2times in a month & more time I called 198 & 1299 also
And no response from Aircell & I am going to cancel. My 13numbers (corporate) account

But surprisingly immediately they drop they drop the call. 3G was not activated in my phone, customer care guy told me on face but the voice eeepresentative is saYing it is activated. A month back I was added my number to your Aircel family. During form signing I asked your rep., to activate 3G to my number [protected].
Past one month I used GPRS for assuming 3G is already activation in progress.
Unfortunately 2G only activated and currently I received the bill approx.., 1770 (instead GPRS is 1540).
From monday (7/07/14) morning onwards my outgoing calls has been banned due to limit crossed.

Again you people proved you are the WORST service provider. Last two days I followed your Chennai manager as well customer care centre for my mobile outgoing activation.

Yesterday night around 11:30 my balance had got deducted. had spoken with your concerned agent Mr. Shriniwashan and other two agents as per them there is no any proper reason for deducting of 100/-. Even I did not get proper feedback from your Call Centre. On this current month I felt twice time for the same issue.
I did not active any additional service but without any confirmation/intimation unnecessarily deducting such valuable amount which is showing that what the service providing by Aircel. When I purchased this Aircel Number I thought this is best service provider in the City. But it becomes worse now a days.

Requesting, kindly look on it and refund my deducted amount(100rs) to my number [protected] .

Check the details of this number as ive puchased this number since a year back but this number is lost and someone else is using this number so i just want to deactivate this number .

my aircel no. is barred since 3 days without any reason and any information, 121, 198 not helping and switching off the call, nodal officer phone switched off, totally fed up
Today i lost Rs. 255 due to internet. Yesterday was last day of my data plan. But i never got any sms or notification for my data expiry date.

Its not a good thing for 25MB i lost 255 rs. I am very disappointed for this behaviour without any notification how you can do this.

I am using this no. Nearly since 1 year.

Keeping deep sorrow in heart I am writing this post against AIRCEL authorities and their customer representatives.

Whenever I am recharging my mobile no. They automatically deduct my balance, and activate some unnecaasry services which are not requested/confirmed by me.

Last instance happens on 20th, they automatically deduct my balance and activate ND-TV news service.
I contacted customer care 3-4 times with respective SR( 1-[protected], 1-[protected]).

They confirmed me that my account would be refunded with in 24 hours. But it didn't happen.
When I again contacted customer care they told me it is not possible to refund money.

I am not getting why these guys are activating service on their own wishes and deducting our balance.

Even nodal authorities are also not picking phone.
I am googling to get email-id of higher authorities, C.E.O, M.D to draft a mail

could you please take up this matter, seriously i am afraid to recharge my phone again.

I have Aircel postpaid no. [protected] and use only for talking and not for data downloading.
The current bill is shown for Rs 776.00 which is very high
Normally the bill does not exceed 600 to 650.
Why this high bill this month?
I want to convert this account to prepaid to monitor my usage.
