[Resolved] Aircel Cellular — Wrong balance deduction | |||
Hello, I am Arka Chatterjee from Howrah. My aircel Mobile No. +91-[protected](under Kolkata circle).Yesterday,evening, Rs.15 was deducted from my account without any cause and without my knowledge and activated a VAS. I got a sms that, the VAS is successfully activated in my number. my balance was Rs.30.60(before the wrong deduction) . Now,my balance is Rs.15.60 . I did not aware about that activation.However,I call 198 to complain and get back my Rs.15 balance. The customer care Executive took my complain.The complain Number is: 1-[protected]. He also told me that,the deducted balance(Rs.15) is added in my balance/account within 24hrs. but,After 24hrs passed,I did not get back my lost balance(Rs.15). So,I am requesting you to look into the matter and I will be highly obliged if you return my lost balance(Rs.15) to my account as soon as possible. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

You might not be aware but when you respond to marketing and messages, these automated service can get activated. DND service can be registered and you can get rid of this problem . Good luck.

Aircel — wrong deduction from my number
Dear SirRs 60 had been debited from my aircel mobile number- [protected] against caller tune activation without my requisition or my concern.
This is a request to you that kindly look into the matter.
