my message card is expired on 24 may 2012 then i recharged with Rs 17 i.e 1p/msg.but after this when i messaging they cut 60 paise from my main account.I had calling customer care from evening 24 may but when dialing 121 i.e customer care no. but after pressing 1 they say your call is important plz wait then after 3 min call automatically disconnected and on 25 may 2012 one call is connected then he say we will troubleshoot your problem within 1 hour but not then after i called them more then 100 time but after 2 min call disconnected i wasted my more than 6 hour for called.
sir i want my balance and suitable more balance for mental harassment.
