Dear sir,
I Would like to thank for the Consumer Department for helping us from this Blunder cheaters (AIRCEL). AIRCEL is cheating customers by giving offers and making profits to their company with out giving the services.
I activated an offer called Job alerts on 20th of August and received an information that the alerts are going to get with a period of 24 Hrs.But and I doesn't receive any alerts up to 22nd and I logged a complaint 22nd and I received a complaint No: 1-[protected] mentioning that I will be getting alerts with in 12 Hrs, till now I not yet received any message from AIRCEL.
Today 24th of August again made a complaint to AIRCEL Customer care, But I not yet satisfied with the result i get from AIRCEL. The Answer I received from them is " You will be not getting money refund and service also" and they made the complaint Locked, Aircel cant do any thing for that and saying that you (I) have lose that money.
Sir, kindly help us from this Bloody cheaters and make them .............. from the Service they are giving.
