[Resolved]  Aircel — CHEATING FRAUD VOLIATION

CASE:Since from past 6 days you guys are deducting rs 5 [KTKP15] from my main balance without any reason and am sure no one needs RS 5 pocket internet daily when the have already subscribed to 3g plans...

and your customer care sucks their is not a day where i have satisfied with your service,,

Hence On strict notice to aircel, either u guys deactivate pocket internet on my no and refund my balance else am going to court, am fed up with your customer care and probably one of the worst companies in Indian mindset, do make my feelings wrong and help me out else some day your own idea will bite you back..

we are not dumb and our courts are good enough to understand your skinny behaviour..its time for you to act else will move to court.

AirCell — cheating in offers

aircell has the offer that name jillunu oru ac contest.i got the highest points in that contest my point is 1780 but they did not give me the ac.when they call first they told the offer closes at 0469.then i call them on that day they told the offer last till 0969.then today the did not tell the winner of the contest. i have spent Rs.900 for this offer.i kindly request to take action on this complaint immediately please, i kindly request u.

AirCell — cheating on plan

Dear sirs,

I am an aircel cusotmer holding a mobile connection in name of my company m/s fashionaccess.
I have a sceme wherein i pay a monthly amount for unlimited sms. this means i can send any amount of sms through out the month free of cost.

I did receive a sms from aircel today saying that on 17-10-09 any sms send will be charged irrespective of any scheme and free sms plan?

how this is justifiable. i joined the unlimited sms scheme cos of sending bulk sms during holidays and festive seasons and while signing they did not inform of any chagres during occassions.

i feel i have been cheated and badly let down and they have not even bothered to acknoladge or treat my request to explain on what rule of TRAI agreement can they charge me when they have signed me for unlimited sms free with a particular fee?

Its not about the money, but its the helplesness you feel and you feel cheated and you have no choice . i am unable to question them in spite of paying them.

in spite of repeated request to talk to some top management officials my request is turned down and i am just made to feel like a stupid common man.

is this is what consumer services is all about? is this all about making money and not even feeling the sentiments of a common man and delivering of what is promised to him?

i have come with some hope to the members forum. i am aware that in this busy world my emial would not be attentend for long, but i do feel someone with a cause would wake up and take my issue with the Giants who have the power and money to fool the common man.
hello, i am gautam kumar from punjab.i say that your comapany exicutives make me a offer to made a tower in your empty site in a town.she said company give to 5lack advance and 25000p/month. she said please deposit 5500rs in our a/c.and then our team visit your site.i am agree and deposit the money. many days i have no reply from your company.please do something in my matter.thanks.
This is inreference to my aircel cell no [protected] where they are charging for the services which i never subscribed. andthe greatest agony is that are charging me more . i have purchased aircel sim on 1 sept, 2010 with a bundle scheme and there was no rate cutter available for 6 months but after completion of 6 months which they mentioned the rate cutter would be available. but unfortunately they have cheated me time and again .i asked them to change my tariff plan for 1 paisa/1 second they said that i have to recharge with rs 3 and it will be available. but after recharging with 3 rs again they gave me zero balance and my tariff plan not changed ., and they said i should recharge with rs 4, it was not avilable. after that recharge with 61, again it was not avilable, and finally they said use 123 services and it will be done again nothing has hapened and they did not take my complaint at all
