[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel sends SPAM SMS & Calls, Aircel ignored DND | |||
I am totally frustrated with Aircel. It does call me every morning like an wake-up call to promote their pre-paid recharge offers but unfortunately I am using their post-paid service. It is ridiculous for a telecom company not to have a software to classify its own post-paid customers and pre-paid customers. Shame on Aircel. I made 9 complaint for the same and it is still not addressed. All the 9 times I received the same response from the customer support executive - 'Sorry for the inconvenience, it will be rectified within 48 hrs'. I sent mail to all their higher officials including the Nodal Officer at Delhi after 6th and 7th complaint attempts failed. But nothing happened. I don't think Aircel spends even to hire a Nodal officer. Totally frustrated. I receive 6 or 7 sms for prepaid recharge offers daily some time it reaches 10. My fate my compant CUG is on Aircel I am not able to change my number too. I am taking my best efforts to change the corporate CUG. PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST IN AIRCEL BY THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS. THEY ARE SHOWING OFF LIKE ONE BIG TELECOM COMPANY ACTUALLY THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF HANDLING TECHNOLOGY OR THEIR CUSTOMERS. AIRCEL SHOULD SPEND ON LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BEFORE THEY SPEND ON ADVERTISEMENTS. REALLY FRUSTRATING, CAN'T LISTEN TO A CUSTOMER EVEN AFTER 9 ATTEMPTS.
