I have recharged on 28th Jan,2011 early morning 2.00 AM due to emergency case. After half an hour i received an MSG "Your reuest to recharge 200 INR cannot processed at this tim. Transaction number is[protected]". I make a call to Aircel customer care make an complaint. They said with in 72 working hours the amount will be credited. 73 working hours means by monday it will be credited. I check with bank account the amount was not yet credited. Again make a call to customer care register an complaint. the complaint number is 1-[protected] mentioned as the issue is resolved by 01/02/2011. Again make a call to customer care to check the status and when the amount will be credited, they said wait for 1 hr,2 hr we will make callback to you like that.Again i recharged 120 INR on 02 Feb, 2011 from my ICICI bank website, the same issues is retained and receive the messsage mentioned above with the different transaction number. The transaction number is "[protected]". I tried to register the compliant with customer care, they said after 48 hrs only we register the complaint. For single recharge is not done means to revert the amount the customer must wait for more than 5 working days. I was totally frustrated. Aircel network service is worst, they are not providing proper service and customer satisfaction. Please kindly i request you to take as an complaint do the needful to get the amount. I am having the SMS received from the Aircel and transaction statement for the transaction processed as evidence.
