[Resolved] Aircel — complaint | |||
i have my own aircel sim for the past six months.i tried many times to customer care.there is no response.i'm in mumbai .i tried the numbers 121 and [protected] but it told that the providers are busy ,iasked for the manager it took me around 1 hour to connect to the manger , and it was a chargble call bec i was dialling frm other number my issue was when try to connect to internet i get prompt with error message that "authentication required with Proxy server" . towards the end no body help me , the people who are working there are not at all happy . Undue charges in view of Masti mall 25 and Video talkies Rs. 50 have been charged against my number [protected].I have never activated this service and i don't have time to see all these type of nonsense services.Recently I have started using your service but I am very disappointed with your service.You people are cheating the customer and earning the money.
[protected] Call n call n use such vulgar & abuse word.
