Aircel — Customer Care is not working since 3 months | |||
I've been using Aircel Data Card since three months, no is. [protected], they activated music and news plan in my data card, what a hell, tried to call them many times, no body there to attend it took me week days to make them a first contact, they said you should have called the very next day to cancel those services and get refund, till now many unnecessary plans have been activating, I'm using other aircel number also, it is 88*6*0**34. I'm calling from this number also. Both 121, 198 are not working, they keep us waiting hours and hours, Please reply and comment down here, if you are also facing poor customer care service form aircel, now it is heard they are withdrawing service in AP Sector, or is it just a rumour, please provide good customer care, though you do not provide good plans and packages.
