[Resolved] Aircel Data Card — fraud company | |||
Hi, I am using a Aircel prepaid USB 3G data card, As the high speed data got consumed I recharged no. with Rs 399 using my credit card on 26/07/2012. But on 5/08/2012 I received a message that my 2 GB hight speed data has been exhausted but I have consumed only 1.5 GB ( 450 mb + 1.01 gb). When I call customer care they said that I have not done any recharge on 26/07/2012. Also they don't have a good customer care. I want my Money back, these people eaten up my money. Similar thing happen to me I have recharges for 699 using my CC. Within 15 days my internet speed came below 128 Kbps even in 3G plan at that point I've only used 2.7 GB. I've called Aircel customer service and they have taken my complaints under Ref# 1-[protected] but in next 2 days received a message stating my 3G plan has exhausted. They have completely playing trick in data card to make maximum money since there is no proper way to message the data consumed.
Please someone escalate to get my money back.

Just I want to show more about how Aircel works, initially I thought they were really good but once I purchased data card came to know how worse it is..just have a look at my download speed of course its in 2G but still look @ the speed they provide...
On top of this I've written several email's to aircel about my concerns and issues facing with internet speed but managed to get only complaint numbers not a single comprehensive answer and I'm still writing almost every week to them and just adding those useless reference numbers to my wallet currently have more than 12 ref# for this single issue...Don't know when they'll resolve all these???????
