[Resolved] Aircel — deduct my balance | |||
My Aircel Prepaid Mobile No is 9804XXXXXX 30th july 2012 around 2 pm i received a aircel promotional call from [protected]. One Aircel employee told me that i have won a lottery and able to use 100 sms, 1 GB internet, Hello tune and many more free of cost and he give me one condition that i must have Rs. in main balance for 3 or 4 hour after the call. But i don't accept any offer. than he told me to disconnect the line. around 5:30 pm Aircel deducted approx Rs.60 From My Main Balance and give 100 sms and 1 GB internet. After That i called customer care and they said it is an self recharge. but when i ignore that they take a complain no.1-[protected] (I think fake because i dont receive any sms) and say they r contact within 2 hrs. but they are no positive response. 3pm plz return my balance 15rs. because company activated MAC service without my knowledge and

before some day aircel had deducted 50 rupees from my balance without
any notice, when I contact costumer care they had told me net
downloading charge. Then I thought may be that was my fault.But
yesterday night aircel deducted 100 rupees from my balance without any
notice. If this is download charge. then I have already 1 gb 3g
balance.
Kindly return me my all deducted balance.
