Aircel — Deducted my balance and not receiving my call.

I activate 3g pack of rs.17 by dialing *122*17# on 23 June at 8 p.m. and they deducted my balance and not provide me the service and even when i try to call the help desk they are not receiving my calls. My mob. No. Is [protected] please help me now its 24 June and they did not activate it and also they started deducting my balance. Is that the best service they provide to his customers.
