Aircel — Deducting money without my knowledge | |||
On 17th june 2013 at 3:24pm there was a phone call from a lady of aircel office from no[protected]. She just informed that i will have free music pack subscription with rs.30 charge for 1 month and said if i am interested i have to dial 543219. At 5:49pm a sms came that i have subscribed to aircel music and deducted rs.30. Was this information helpful? | |||

As you must know the Value added services are automated services and hence need user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. Just get your DND activated to block all these calls and messages.

Sir,From my mobile No;- [protected] balance amount is deducted without my knowledge. when we call costomer care they told me you activate value added service. I dont know when we activade that service. Aircel are cheted me with the name of VAS.
please do something....................
