[Resolved]  Aircel — Delay In Returning The Main Account Balance

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that i am a customer of Aircel since 4 years and my no. is [protected].I had lodged a complaint on[protected] due to "UNNECESSARY BALANCE DEDUCTION AND MISBEHAVED BY AIRCEL CCE".I have explained the whole matter there.I have got the balance deducted as sms balance of Rs 9 returned but its unfortunate to say that the internet balance of Rs. 48 is still not returned to me.As I mentioned in the previous complaint letter that these two balances are deducted at the same time together.I have not used a single byte of internet balance.It has passed more than one month,the sms balance is returned to me but the internet balance is still not refunded.
Therefore,i request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to get back my internet balance in my account as early as possible .

hallo sir my name is Ashok kumar pandey and [protected] a aircel pripaid number .my balance is decrease 30 Rs on sunday 30 sep 2012. i callur customer helpline no 121 and compaint about my balance than he said my balance is returne with in 48 hours but my balance is not returne .. and my call is not cannected to ur help line number on 01/10/2012. plz help
