Aircel — excess charges and misleading information. | |||
I mahavir mehta,have done recharge of one India nation plan for rupees 34 on my aircel mobile no [protected] under which incoming is free and outgoing charges is 1 paise per second as per online aircel website (https://epayment.aircel.com/online-recharge) but they are charging me 1.5 paise per second since last 1 month saying that their policy has been change but information on website id something different when we recharge online. my second complaint regarding misleading information on aircel website. i had done recharge of rupees 19 sms pack but they are saying that such pack is not working when you are in roaming. under the pack i have 100 national sms free hence it should be allowed during roaming also but they are not allowing. the information regarding such dis allowance should be placed at online recharge website of aircel. now they should either allowed me the sms pack to be used while roaming or refund the amount they had charged. i have also contacted customer care for above problem but didnot received satisfactory reply.they are giving least importance to consumer satisfaction even in the era of intense competition. i have planned for number portability but before that want to have final talk with aircel as i have been using his services since last two years. i have made the similar complaint from my other id pavan05 on this platform on 9 sept but didnot receive any reply from aircel side. despite waiting for much time no response from the customer care personnel. dont know what to do to stop malpractices of such cmobile service providers
